Owner, Dana Liljequist, is a personal chef in Tucson, AZ with more than 20 years of culinary experience. He personally designs unique menus and creates high-quality, beautifully arranged appetizers, small plates, passed apps, bartending, wine pairing, special diets, and multi-course meals. He has offered his services through Lily Pad Catering since 2014.
As a private caterer, Chef Dana enjoys working with his clients to develop menus that meet their personal tastes. After culinary school in 2001, Chef Dana apprenticed and served as a banquet sous chef at a country club for five years. He also worked as a private chef for a prestigious family, and he was the head chef at Nordstrom’s Bistro.
Dana also held the position as the executive chef at a Missouri Winery. When he began offering private catering in
Chesterfield, MO Area he discovered his passion and decided to launch Lily Pad Catering.
When he is not working, Dana and his wife, Angie, enjoy spending time with their two dogs, Roxy and Gustavo. They also enjoy painting and attending live concerts. And, of course, they enjoy creating delicious meals together at home.
